Luckywood, where are you? This imaginary landscape is above all a kingdom for kids - a sort of modern Neverland - where little ones live and roam together in total freedom. This fantastical Eden takes all sorts of different shapes. It's firstly the name of a retro-style diner, seemingly straight out of the American Midwest. Here, children are kings, slurping huge bowls of cereal without a care in the world. Lucky Charms...fun, but just don't look at the sugar content!
Luckywood is also, quite literally, a forest full of luck...an exchanted space where kids play harmoniously alongside nature and wander looking for flora and fauna to discover, armed with trapper-style sheepskin chapkas and wooden sticks. What's more, Luckywood could also be the name of an amusement park; a fairground where lights sparkle in the nighttime and kids zig-zag through the activity on BMX bikes, like a gang of modern day Goonies. A whirl on the merry go round, churros and candy floss: the cherry on the top of a crazy day of adventure, full of unforgettable memories.
When creating Tinycottons in 2012 with her husband, Bárbara Bruno, ex-designer at Adidas and mom-of-four, set herself three objectives: to launch a brand which would be loved by grandparents for its excellent quality, championed by parents for its style and embraced by kids for its comfort. Challenge accepted! Seven years later, 'Tinymania' has well and truly taken hold, with the brand going from strength to strength with its commitment to ecological values: fair trade, eco-friendly materials, European production. Long live Tinycottons!
