The Middle Daughter is a British brand, carrying on the legacy of their iconic eccentric British style. This playful line, with its strong prints and mischievous touch, is aimed at girls from 2 to 14 years old. Its founded Deborah Medhurst was inspired by women’s fashion to create a daring and bold collection.
The Middle Daughter is a line of clothes for girls, created by Deborah Medhurst and her husband Ric Ramswell. After having spent 10 years in the night entertainment industry, they launched their brand No Added Sugar which landed an enormous success. With The Middle Daughter, the creative director decided to radically change the style and no longer hold back. The designs which she never dared to suggest were finally used, same for the prints. Her brand represented “the girl who she’ll never have, and the one she always was”. As a mum of only boys, she was inspired by women’s fashion to create her girls line. She takes the Mini-Me styles, and lets her creativity and desire to draw attention take the reins. Indeed, The Middle Daughter does not go unnoticed. The dresses, skirts, tops and trousers are full of sophisticated details. A bow, XXL prints, a fringe, a unique cut… Everything is cleverly worked out in order to offer a modern and trendy wardrobe to young fashion-conscious girls. What’s Deborah’s ultimate goal? For her clients to look back on their The Middle Daughter clothes with love and emotion, that’s all!
